FieldWay Fund

A small independent donor fund partnering with refugee-led organisations (RLOs).

We work directly with RLOs in Africa and Asia, providing transparent, relationship-based funding for programmes they are running or ready to start.

Our role is to back refugee leadership, knowledge, and self-reliance. We focus on supporting programmes designed and implemented by RLOs, including those already successful where additional resources can deepen or extend their impact.

We believe in risk-sharing, capacity-sharing and minimal bureaucracy. All funds go directly to work on the ground, so the majority of our partners’ time is spent with their communities rather than writing reports.

Currently our partners focus on adult livelihoods skills, children’s education, and women empowerment.
